Meet Cristy Lu

Cristy was born and raised in Ecuador, she grew up watching her mother invest in Real Estate in Ecuador. Her mother bought and kept land, she also built homes. Her mother use to bring her and her little sister Indi to construction sites to check on progress and took them to select and buy material for the construction. This was a seed that was planted in Cristy as she watcher her mother work hard and multiply her investment. She realized that the best investment on earth was the earth itself.

Cristy moved permanently to United States in 2005 and although she chose to be in the medical field, she always liked Real Estate. She saved money and with the help of her mother, Cristy bought her first property in Quito-Ecuador when she was 26 years old.

Cristy bought her first property in the United States at 30 years old. She didn’t have a pleasant experienced, she wished she had a team of Realtor, Loan Officer, Attorney that spoke Spanish, her native language for a better understanding of such a big and complex process.

In 2018 she was suggested to take the Real Estate exam, and having worked for a eye doctor for 12 years she was ready for a change, and why not do what she loved and enjoyed, Real Estate. She could also guide and help people first time home buyers, specially Spanish speaking buyers that needed guidance just like she needed when she bought her first property.

And thats how it all started. She helped families accomplish their dream of homeownership and they sent her many referrals. Their family members, friends and in her 7 year careers she has helped over 200 families achieve homeownership. Seeing her clients tear up when the keys to their new home are handed to them is a joy that is just priceless.
